ORDERING INFORMATION

Star Fleet Universe Ordering Information

In order to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information, we use our shopping cart as our main catalog. You can peruse the cart without ordering if you want to review what is currently in the product line. If you want to send a check, you can copy the cart's order form or use the cart to submit your order by clicking the button on the cart that says "sending check". Spare parts are also available on the cart.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, checks (in US dollars) on US banks, and money orders (US dollars). Personal checks must clear before shipment (10 working days). Please do not send cash.

Texas residents add 8.25% tax.

Credit Card payments: Include expiration date with credit card number. Also include the 3-digit security code from the back of the credit card (in the signature block). We must have the billing address for your credit card (where you receive your credit card bill). Also your shipping address if it is different.

SHIPPING CHARGES
United States (UPS)--$6.00 per order for UPS delivery (street address required)
United States, FPO, APO, AE (Post Office)-- 4.05 (min) actual cost.

Foreign Orders--Actual cost will be charged for either airmail or surface shipping by US Post Office.
If you aren't sure what type of shipping you want, ask us to weigh your order and email you the options.
Ask ADB, Inc., for help if you want to pay by US check or international money order.
All Post Office shipments are sent at your risk unless you ask for (and pay for) insurance.

If you order items not released yet, your order will be held until all items are available. If you want available items shipped immediately, place separate orders.

Merchandise may be returned for purchase price if it was bought from ADB, Inc., and if it is in salable condition. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange for another copy of the same product.

FIRE SALE! The following items are on sale. This is your chance to replace worn-out copies, buy gifts for friends, and bring new gamers up to speed. When we run out of these products, they will not be reprinted.
